Recently, cases of using individual entrepreneurs (individual enterprises) and LLPs (limited liability partnerships) for illegal purposes have become more frequent.

For example: attackers, under various pretexts, find people on the Internet looking for easy money. They require that an organization simulating entrepreneurial activity (IE, LLP) be registered with the State Revenue authorities, as well as open a personal account with second-tier banks. After completing the specified procedures, the attackers ask to transfer control of bank accounts into their hands.

In the process of committing an offense, fraudsters create fake online stores where they allegedly sell various goods and services, posing as the owners of individual entrepreneurs or LLPs. After which they agree on a deal and issue remote invoices for payment, which does not raise any doubts among the victims when transferring funds.

In connection with the simplified procedure for registering individual entrepreneurs, limited liability partnerships and bank accounts for commercial organizations, this area is of particular interest to criminals in the process of committing a criminal offense.

Considering that the transfer of individual entrepreneurs, limited liability partnerships and bank accounts to third parties is gaining mass character, as a result of which large material damages are caused to our citizens.

We warn you about the liability provided for in Article 190 (fraud) of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Article 28 (types of accomplices in a criminal offense) of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan in case of assistance to offenders.
