Samar district of East Kazakhstan region"
on the provision of public services for 2023
In accordance with the order of the Acting Minister of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On approval of the register of public services” dated January 31, 2020 No. 39N/K, registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on February 5, 2020 No. 19982, the state institution “Apparatus Akim of the Bastaushinsky rural district of the Samar district of the East Kazakhstan region" provided 4 public services to individuals and legal entities in 2023, of which:
- through the E-licensing information system – 4; - on an alternative basis in paper form – 0. The share of services provided in electronic format through the E-licensing information system of the number of services provided on an alternative basis was 96%. The dynamics show that the most popular government services are: - “Acquisition of rights to land plots that are state-owned, not requiring bidding (auctions)” - 3;
- “Issuing decisions on changes in the intended purpose of a land plot for competitions, auctions)” -1,In 2023, there were no complaints about the quality of public services. The deadlines for the provision of public services were not violated.
