In accordance with the order of the Acting Minister of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On approval of the Register of Public Services" dated January 31, 2020 No. 39N/K, registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on February 05, 2020 No. 19982, by the state institution "Office of Akim of Akkala rural district of Samar district of East Kazakhstan region" in 2023, 7 public services were provided to individuals and legal entities, including:
- through the E-licensing information system – 4;
- on an alternative basis in paper form – 3.
The share of services rendered in electronic format through the E-licensing information system, out of the number of services provided on an alternative basis, amounted to 76%.
The dynamics shows that the most demanded public services are:
- "Acquisition of rights to land plots that are in state ownership, which does not require bidding (auctions)" - 7;
- "Issuance of a decision on changes in the purpose of a land plot (tenders, auctions)" -0,
In 2023, there were no complaints about the quality of public services. The deadlines for the provision of public services were not violated.
