On Amendments to the Resolution of the Mayor's Office of the city of Ridder dated November 18, 2021 No. 954 "On determining and approving the locations of non-stationary retail facilities in the territory of the city of Ridder"

 

The Mayor's Office of the city of Ridder DECIDES:

  1. Make the following amendment to the resolution of the Mayor's Office of Ridder city dated November 18, 2021 No. 954 "On the determination and approval of locations of non-stationary commercial facilities on the territory of Ridder city" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Normative Legal Acts under No. 25338): the preamble of the said resolution should be set out in a new edition: "In accordance with subparagraph 4-2) of paragraph 1 of Article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local Public Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", paragraph 73 of the Rules of Internal Trade approved by Order No. 264 of the Acting Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 27, 2015 (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts under No. 11148) The Mayor's Office of the city of Ridder DECIDES:".
  2. Control over the implementation of this resolution shall be entrusted to the supervising deputy akim of the city of Ridder.
  3. This resolution shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
