What should you follow when closing a limited liability partnership?What stages does the procedure for liquidating a legal entity include? What documents must be submitted to the Public Service Center? This was reported by the branch of the State Corporation "Government for Citizens" in East Kazakhstan Oblast.

The procedure for deregistering a limited liability partnership is regulated by the Civil Code (Article 50 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan). An application to the Public Service Center is submitted no earlier than 2 months after the publication of an announcement of the liquidation of a limited liability partnership in newspapers.

"Government for Citizens", upon receiving a package of documents for the liquidation of a limited liability partnership, checks whether the procedure has been fully complied with, and then enters the information into the National Register of BINs. Further, the Tax Committee, in turn, provides the State Corporation with information on the presence or absence of tax arrears of the liquidated limited liability partnership to the budget. Within 5 working days after receiving the application, the fact of termination of the legal entity's activity is registered in the register," noted the head of the branch's legal entities registration department, Aliya Dyuzbaeva.

By the way, since the beginning of the year, the branch has registered 317 liquidations of legal entities.
