The implementation of the budget on August 1, 2024
The volume of the city budget for 2024 is 19 907 601,3 thousand tenge.
The income forecast for January- July 2024 was fulfilled by 106,4%, with a plan of 9 852 425,4 thousand tenge, actually 10 485 177,7 thousand tenge were received, over-fulfillment by 632 752,3 thousand tenge. Compared to 2023, revenues increased by 1 617 919 thousand tenge or 18,2%.
The forecast of the city budget's own revenues was fulfilled by 112,7%. With the plan of 4 985 469,7 thousand tenge, 5 618 222 thousand tenge was actually received. By 2023, revenues increased by 20,6% or by 959 470,3 thousand tenge.
Implementation of approved plans by category:
- in terms of tax revenues, implementation was 111,4%, with a forecast of 4 959 929,7 thousand tenge, 5 525 431,4 thousand tenge were received. The growth rate compared to the same period last year was 21,3%;
- for non-tax receipts, non-fulfillment amounted to 16 385 thousand tenge, with a forecast of 12 460 thousand tenge, 28/ 845 thousand tenge was received. In comparison with 2023, revenues increased by 542 thousand tenge or by 2%.
- according to the proceeds from the sale of fixed capital, overfulfilling amounted to 50 865,6 thousand tenge. Compared to 2023, revenues decreased by 11 270,8 thousand tenge or by 15%.
The development of the budget of the city of Ridder (without mutually cancelable codes) as of 01.08.2024 is 98,4% (plan – 7 498 732,7 thousand tenge, cash expenses – 7 375 334,9 thousand tenge). Balances as of 01.08.2024 – 123 397,8 thousand tenge (RB -738,6 thousand tenge, OB – 122 476,2 thousand tenge, GB – 183 thousand tenge).
- 7378 thousand tenge - repair work of the CHP (reserve PRK);
- 64978 thousand tenge - long-term conclusion of contracts, the contractor is not defined for the reconstruction of infrastructure, pr. Independence (OB);
- 57493 thousand tenge - long-term conclusion of contracts, the contractor is not determined for the reconstruction of the bridge across the river. Gromotukha (OB);
- 7355 thousand tenge - acts for a smaller amount (GB);
- 1095 thousand tenge - other balances: savings on travel expenses, due to rounding, etc.
