“Taza Kazakhstan”: a new application service for the population

The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as part of the large-scale campaign “Taza Kazakhstan”, has developed a new service for submitting applications about city and environmental problems through a convenient telegram chat bot @TazaQazBot.

This will allow every concerned resident of the country to instantly photograph problem areas or upload pictures from the gallery, indicate the location and describe the problem in detail.

All information in the form of an application is received by the operator from the local executive body, which classifies it and appoints a contractor.

In addition, residents can report a wide range of problems related to the condition of roads, parks, entrances, lighting, landscaping and sanitation of public and private areas.
