On April 24, 2024, the Mayor's office of Ridder hosted a seminar on training in the "Sarah" methodology for heads and employees of departments of the akimat and subordinate institutions, employees of the city police department, chaired by Deputy akim of the city Baizhumenov M.N., with the participation of chief inspector of the akim of the region Orazbaev A.K., senior inspector of the juvenile police department of the local police service of the city Ust-Kamenogorsk by Strigunova I.S.
