The state Corporation has digitized a commercial service in the field of land cadaster

Applications for the establishment and restoration of land boundaries can now be submitted through a public cadastral map in the Unified State Real Estate Cadastre information system.

This is the first commercial digital service in the field of land cadastre.

Employees of the State Corporation's branches in all regions have been trained, tested the new functionality of the public cadastral map and are ready to accept applications for the establishment and restoration of site boundaries in digital format.

According to the State Corporation, digitization has several advantages: the risk of corruption is reduced, the application can be submitted extraterritorially, from anywhere. If earlier you had to go to the branch of the Government for Citizens to submit an application and get a ready result, now there is no such need.

Any citizen or legal entity can apply in the public cadastral map after authorization (login /password, digital signature, Digital ID, QR code). When applying for the establishment or restoration of boundaries, the cost of the service is promptly calculated in the system – it depends on the purpose and area of the site – a contract and even an invoice will be sent to the client for signature. The final document on the establishment of borders will also be available in electronic form.

Earlier, the State Corporation digitized four more land registry services that can be obtained online.
