Displaying children's data on the eGov portal within the framework of the National Fund for Children project

To date, the Egov e-government portal displays all children whose data is registered in the database.

In rare cases, it is possible that in digital documents some children are not displayed by their parents, or are displayed incorrectly. However, this does not affect their receipt of payments – it simply means that the relationship between parent and child is not defined in digital documents. Every child who is a citizen of Kazakhstan will receive payments from the National Fund, regardless of the display of data on the Egov portal.

For the convenience of citizens, the "Add a child" function is now available in the digital documents section and to use this function, follow the steps below:

1) Update the eGov Mobile mobile app to the latest version.

2) Go to the "Family" section in digital documents and click the "Add child" button.

3) After that, the service "Updating information about children" will open in which you need to fill in all the fields, attach a birth certificate and submit an application.

Applications are processed from 2 to 5 working days by the registry office staff. Upon completion of processing, you will receive a notification, and the data about the child will be displayed in digital documents.
