Want to live, don't break the rules!!!

Ridder is one of the most beautiful city of Kazakhstan. That amazing by its beautiful nature. Road to the city is one of the best in our country, following with birches, pines and green spruces. City lies in the North of East Kazakhstan Province. A great part consist of mountains, the height of which are from 700 to 2800 meters above grade.

In the Ridder area flows several mountain rivers as Zhuravliha, Philippovka, Bystruha, Hariuzovka. They leak away properly through municipal area. All rivers coalescing form the river Tikhaya, and last of them after coalescing with the river Gromotuha form the river Ul'ba.

Due to melting of snowberries, rivers of the city are rapid flow, rock wash and extended overflow. River-derived water are clear as crystal and fresh. Unfortunately nature isn't kind to people the whole time, sometimes it endanger alive environment.  It is terrifying by its naturality. For the year 2 men were drowned for some unknown reasons.

Staff members of Civil defense  work  by the setting signs in a danger  for swimming zone and places  in cooperation with  Government Facilities as department of housing, communal services, passenger transportation and  roadway network  of Ridder city. It is done for the purposes of preventing casualties and community warning.

According to article 364 of administrative infraction code - swimming in the areas where is settled prohibited signs is forbidden. Please be reminded, administrative punishment will refer to  each worst offender. In the period of swimming season police officers continually will conduct a raid for detection of irregularities. Violators who swimming in forbidden areas  will be incurred administrative liability.

Don't forget outdoor recreation  must be not only pleasant and  also safety!
