At the same time, villagers can take money not only for cattle breeding, processing of agricultural products, but also, for example, for opening a bakery, confectionery or tourist facility.
For 2023, 1,535,118,000 tenge has been allocated for the implementation of the Auyl Amanaty program.
The implementation is envisaged in five main areas: rational use of household plots; development of livestock and poultry farming; effective use of farmland outside the village, forage harvesting, vegetable production; development of agricultural cooperatives for forage harvesting, renewal of agricultural machinery; development of private entrepreneurship (production, processing, services). But for the most part, villagers take loans for the development of animal husbandry, since this direction is considered more profitable.
To date, in general, 237 applications have been accepted in all directions, 213 microcredits have been issued.
It is worth noting that the terms of the loan are very favorable, especially with regard to the interest rate. When issuing preferential loans for the launch and development of a business, preference is given to the following categories:
aspiring and active entrepreneurs;
redundant employees who have not reached retirement age;
people who independently carry out unpaid activities in family entrepreneurship;
people who independently carry out activities for the production of products in a personal subsidiary farm for sale (exchange), with incomes below the subsistence minimum;
members of production cooperatives with incomes below the subsistence minimum.
