The problem of servicing waiting lists for receiving preferential medicines has been identified in the Ridder Consulting and Diagnostic Center. The essence of the problem lies in the lack of technical means and personnel, as a result of which the residents of the city are forced to stand in queues for a long time. It is necessary to invite a commission of representatives of the East Kazakhstan Region Health Department, the Department of Sanitary and Epidemiological Control of the East Kazakhstan Region, Pharmacological Control of the region to check the situation and solve the problem as soon as possible. Akim of the city of Ridder D. B. Batyrbayev was immediately notified of the problematic situation and immediately went to the place to clarify the situation, met directly with the recipients of preferential (free) medicines, listened to opinions and suggestions. After that, an operational meeting was held with the chief physician of the RSL Gulnar Kitappayeva, Daulet Bakhitovich expressed concern and instructed to organize drug distribution points for residents of remote areas, including the 4th and 7th districts, respectively. The mayor of the city of Ridder took the situation under personal control.
