Dynasty of metallurgists 2023

For the annual contest "Enbek Zholy" from the city of Ridder, the Aushinov dynasty was provided for participation in the nomination "Labor Dynasty".

 Aushinov Malik Abdulovich is the founder of the dynasty, is the founder of the Aushinov family dynasty. He worked in the electrolyte shop as an anodizer from 1973 to 1989 . His work experience at the company was 16 years.

Aushinov Shamshitten Kabashevich is the brother of the founder of the dynasty. He worked from 1974 to1983 in the roasting shop, from 1983 to 1996 in the Veltsekh as a senior furnace. The total work experience is 22 years. He has state awards, honorary certificates of the Supreme Council of Kaz. SSR and the medal for labor distinction.

Yerbolov Rinat Yerbolovich, 05.05.1987 year of birth, representative of the dynasty.

He got a job at the plant in 2010. From 2010 to 2020, he worked as an apparatchik of contact sulfuric acid in the sulfuric acid department of the joint workshop No. 1. From 2020 to the present, he has been working in the Weltstech as a furnace at the Weltstech. Replaces the foreman in the shift. He is respected by his colleagues at work. Takes an active part in the life of the workshop.  The total work experience is 13 years.

According to the results of the regional commission, the Aushinov dynasty was recognized as one of the best and sent to the Republican stage of the competition, where it took second place and was invited to the award ceremony on September 20, 2023 in Ust-Kamenogorsk and on September 22, 2023 in Astana for awarding at the republican stage and awarding a cash prize.
