On September 15, 2023, in order to provide the city with thermal energy, the General Director of Ridder CHP JSC (founder) and KGP at Vodokanal PCV (trustee) signed a Trust Management Agreement for the Ridder CHP property complex. The Founder transfers to the Trustee the sole and exclusive rights of ownership, use and management of the Ridder CHP property complex. Also, the Akimat of the city of Ridder and the Akimat of East Kazakhstan region signed a Memorandum on mutual cooperation, the subject of which is preparation for the upcoming heating season 2023-2024. Signing such important documents is a big step for the city, which will allow monitoring and regulating the progress of work at Ridder CHP.
