On September 15, a festive event dedicated to the Family Day "Otbasylyk dastur- shanyrak tiregi" was held at the Ridder City Palace of Culture as part of the Family Day. Deputy Akim of Ridder Agazhayeva A. B. delivered a congratulatory speech, in which she focused on preserving the institution of the family through popularization of the traditions of the people and the connection of generations.  The guests were shown the national Kazakh rite, "Tusau Keser" ("Cutting the fetters"), in which the family of Ernur and Madina Nurlybekov took part.Their son Madiyar took his first steps. The program featured musical numbers performed by creative teams of the Palace of Culture.
