On September 5, 2023, an open Kazakhstan-wide dictation will be held dedicated to the implementation of the development concept of the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan for 2022-2026, the 130th anniversary of the outstanding Kazakh man M. Zhumabayev.

Objective: to strengthen the role of the state language in society as a unifying factor of the people of Kazakhstan.

Responsibilities:

- to enable dictation participants to check the level of literate writing in the state language;

- focus on the importance of literate writing;

- to promote the formation of Kazakhstan's identity, strengthen social harmony and unity of the country by expanding the scope of the state language as the language of interethnic communication.

Dictation participants:

- representatives of youth organizations;

- government and civil servants;

- students, schoolchildren;

- representatives of ethno-cultural associations;

- representatives of civil society;

- all comers.

Expected results:

- Assistance in improving the level of proficiency in the state language by citizens of Kazakhstan;

- consolidation in the minds of young people that mastering the state language is a particularly important step towards the consolidation of the nation;

- expanding the scope of the state language and increasing its social significance;

- to show young people the opportunity to find their place in Kazakh society through the possession of the state language;
