On June 29, a working meeting was held at the Ridder thermal power plant under the chairmanship of the head of the office of the Akim of East Kazakhstan Region Bayakhmetov B.K. The meeting was attended by: the management of JSC Ridder Thermal Power Plant, the general contractor, contractors of organizations performing work on the repair of the heating plant, representatives of Kazzinc LLP and the Mayor's office of Ridder. Each contractor reported on the progress of work, delivery dates of equipment and materials, voiced problematic issues. The main problems: lack of funding, lack of qualified specialists.

Following the meeting, B.K. Bayakhmetov instructed to strengthen the work of the production and technical department, which should become a think tank, will monitor the work of all departments to adjust existing estimates and further coordinate the work of all contractors.

Bayakhmetov B.K. will be at the Ridder Thermal Power Plant for 3 days to monitor the progress of repair work.
