Obtaining certain public services in the field of registration of acts of civil status in a state of emergency

In order to protect the health of citizens in the event of a state of emergency in the Republic of Kazakhstan, we draw the attention of citizens to the possibility of obtaining certain public services in the field of registration of acts of civil status (registration of birth, death, repeated certificates) through the web portal of “electronic government” (www.egov .kz).

At the same time, by order of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 19, 2020 No. 103, an addition was made to the Rules for the organization of state registration of acts of civil status, amending, restoring, and canceling records of acts of civil status.

According to the supplement “Certificates, with the exception of primary certificates of marriage (matrimony), divorce (matrimony) upon a joint application of spouses, primary and repeated birth certificates after establishing paternity (motherhood) on the basis of a joint application of the child’s parents are sent to the place of residence of the service recipient specified in his application by post.”
