The annual contest "Enbek Zholy" has started in Kazakhstan

GU "The Office of the Mayor of Ridder City" announces the start of the republican contest "Enbek Zholy", within which the best production workers and labor dynasties in Kazakhstan will be determined.

This competition is aimed at stimulating productive work, popularizing working professions among young people and strengthening the long-standing traditions of working dynasties.

The competition is held annually in two stages – at the regional and republican levels, in three nominations:

"The best labor dynasty" – the most numerous dynasty with the longest work experience, having the largest number of awards, is selected;

 "The best young production worker" – the most active and hardworking production worker with no more than 5 years of work experience is selected;

"The best mentor of working youth" – the most highly effective mentor with at least 20 years of work experience is selected.

All employees of enterprises (regardless of the industry) can take part in the competition. The winners will be determined by a special republican commission. Their awarding will take place within the framework of the annual republican forum "Towards a Society of Universal Labor".

GU "Apparatus of the Mayor of the city of Ridder" encourages both representatives of labor dynasties and initiative young workers, as well as their mentors, to take an active part in the competition.

Acceptance of applications from applicants for participation in the "Enbek Zholy" competition at the regional stage from April 20 to July 01, 2023.
