In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19 coronavirus infection among the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Department of State Revenues in the East Kazakhstan Region (hereinafter referred to as the DGD for East Kazakhstan oblast) is taking measures to limit the contact of employees of the state revenue organs of East Kazakhstan region with the population.

Currently, taking into account the declared state of emergency in all state revenue bodies of East Kazakhstan oblast, public services available in electronic form are provided only through electronic services (information systems of the State Revenue Service, Egov.kz). In addition, access to the Self-Service Terminal located at the Center for the provision of services of territorial State Revenue Departments is limited.

Regarding the presentation of tax reporting, we inform that the deadline for the submission of TNF for 2019 is extended by 30 calendar days i.e. until April 30, 2020, subject to its submission in electronic form. This extension applies to the presentation of the following tax reporting forms for 2019 - 100.00, 110.00, 150.00, 220.00, 230.00, 240.00, 700.00, 860.00, 870.00, 871.00, 920.00. At the same time, taxpayers are not required to submit any statements or notifications of extension.

In addition, at the present time, Contact-centers are functioning in the state revenue bodies of the region to provide taxpayers with advisory services by telephone. Consultations are provided on the provision of public services, termination of operations, the procedure for calculating land tax, property tax, vehicle tax, debt availability, issuing notifications and orders to suspend expenditure operations (RPRO), etc.
