accumulative system (GONS), was the first among life insurance companies to
release a new product of accumulative life insurance - "Bilim-Life". This product will allow anyone a citizen of Kazakhstan should accumulate the necessary amount for the education of his child in a university both in our country and abroad. It should be noted that in the first hours after the launch of the product, several customers contacted the company and have already signed the "Bilim-Life" contract.
"We are proud that today we are presenting our long-awaited insurance product
within the framework of the state educational accumulative system "Bilim-Life". Of course, in the insurance market it is unique insurance product. We can compare its appearance with a "real breakthrough" in the insurance sector in our country. To date, no insurance service in Kazakhstan has been awarded by the state. Taking into account the social significance, thanks to the active work of the insurance community and state institutions, we have a new target insurance product within the framework of the state educational accumulative system. We all understand how important it is for parents to provide a solid foundation for their child in the future, to give him a good education, and thereby help him confidently enter adulthood. Now any citizen of Kazakhstan, thanks to the insurance program "Bilim-Life", which provides for a state premium of 5%, and for parents with many children - 7% per annum for the amount of savings, will be able to accumulate funds for the education of their child," commented the chairman of the Board Zhanar Zhubaniyazova. The Bilim-Life program works very simply: a client who is already thinking about the future education of his child or children, taking into account their age, chooses the term of the funded program and the amount of insurance premiums that is comfortable for himself. At the same time, the amount of insurance premiums for "Bilim-Life" starts at a minimum of 3 MCI per month and is not limited in size. For example, parents decided to issue a contract for their child, who is now 7 years old, under the "Bilim-Life" program for 10 years. In order to receive an amount sufficient to receive by his 17th birthday education, within 10 million tenge, they need to pay 42 thousand tenge each month. At the end of the accumulation period, this amount will be credited to the account of the educational institution where the child will study. This product is very profitable, because the client for all 10 years on his own accumulated funds receives a good additional amount due to the profitability from the insurance company (2.3 million tenge) and the premium from the state (2.6 million tenge). However, the main advantage of this product is the availability of insurance coverage for the insured parent. After all , on
the entire insurance period, and it can reach 20 years, the client is insured in case of disability or death for any reason. Therefore, the clients of the insurance company can be sure that their children under the "Bilim-Life" program are guaranteed to receive the entire amount by the time they enter the university, even if an accident happens to their parents. "Without a doubt, the program of accumulativeи life insurance "Bilim-Life" - this is a unique and flexible financial instrument that provides not only insurance protection, but also helps each parent to realize very important financial goals. We have said before that Bilim-Life will be one of the flagship products in the life insurance market, since it will be difficult to overestimate the demand for such a product for an unborn child. And the sooner each parent thinks about purchasing a program, the higher the probability that by the time the child enters the university, the family will have enough money for his There will be no need to reduce family expenses or borrow money or apply for a loan," said Deputy Chairman of the Board Andrey Dzheksembayev. Bilim-Life has competitive advantages over other life insurance products, namely a high guaranteed rate of return for the entire term of the insurance contract and bonuses from the state. And also, if the child receives an educational grant, it will be possible to withdraw such savings from with investment income from an insurance company and with a premium from the state, or to renew insurance for another child. In addition, savings under the Bilim-Life program are fully guaranteed by the Insurance Benefit Guarantee Fund without restrictions on the amount of savings, and the company's clients will have the opportunity to save on taxes – to reduce taxable income by the amount of insurance premiums (up to 320 MCI per calendar year). At the same time, the term and amount of insurance premiums are not limited.
