A hotline has been opened for citizens to contact the East Kazakhstan

Region In connection with the deterioration of weather conditions (blizzard, poor visibility, ice in the emergency Department of the East Kazakhstan region, a headquarters for rapid response to emergency situations has been created. There is a "hotline" for citizens' appeals at the number 55- 38-19.
In the region, 10 temporary heating points are in readiness for more than 700 pieces of equipment of rescuers.
In order to warn the population, SMS messages were sent about the deterioration of weather conditions, also through the Darmen mobile application.
A storm warning remains in effect in the region. At the moment, 8 road sections have been closed.
