The exercises have begun

From November 24 to November 25, 2022, the Republican command and staff exercise of the RKSU "Kys - 2022" is being held in Kazakhstan. Preparations for the exercises were carried out in advance. The civil protection services of the city of Ridder were informed in advance of the organizational instructions.

As part of the exercises, an extraordinary meeting of the commission for the prevention and liquidation of emergency situations on the territory of Ridder, chaired by Deputy Akim Baizhumenov M.N., with the participation of the heads of civil protection services, was held on November 24 at 9.00 in the akimat of the city.

Acting head of the UCHS G.Ridder, Lieutenant Colonel of Civil Protection Tarasov E.V. announced the main objectives of the exercises and the tasks of each of the civil protection services.

In order to fulfill the tasks set and successfully pass the winter period as a whole, it is necessary to update the agreements-intentions, work out interaction plans, check the readiness of services, said the deputy head of the Emergency Situations Department of East Kazakhstan Region, Colonel Tokanov A. K., who took part in the work of the commission.

According to the organizational instructions, within the framework of the Kys - 2022 RCSHU, a tactical and rescue exercise is planned in the city of Ridder with the city consolidated high-readiness emergency response unit to prepare for actions to prevent and eliminate emergencies in the winter period, with the development of practical actions of civil protection units in conditions close to real.
