On November 16, 2022, the Ridder Friendship House hosted a city exhibition of handicrafts "Preserving Traditions" as part of the implementation of the Rukhani Zhangyru program and the celebration of the World Needlework Day.

The exhibition was held in order to familiarize, support and develop the cultures and traditions of different ethnic groups living in the city. The nominations were divided into groups for children
from 7 to 18 years, adults from 18 years and older. The youngest participant was at the age of 12, the oldest at the age of 84! The nominees were awarded with memorable prizes from the State Institution "Okryafkis", the rest of the needleworkers received certificates for participation in the exhibition.
