Astana. Kazinform-nonpartisan Observation Center will send observers to all polling stations during the presidential elections on November 20. This was stated by the chairman of the center Tolegen Sindilov, the correspondent of Kazinform reports.
"We have established situation headquarters in the regions at the national level. There is a training event for the entire pool of observers. To date, more than 80 training sessions have been conducted in online and offline formats. We know very well that the election campaign is complex. Therefore, in this campaign, we rely on people who are experienced and understand their rights and obligations as observers. This will allow us to assess the elections realistically," he said during a briefing in the capital.
According to him, last week the Center organized a meeting with the staff leaders of presidential candidates. There was an exchange of views on conducting public monitoring of the campaign, monitoring election processes at all sites on Election Day.
"On November 20, we intend to send our observers to all polling stations in the country," Tolegen Sindilov said.
The chairman of the center also noted that meetings are planned with representatives of missions of the CIS, OSCE and other international organizations who will come to observe the presidential elections.
