About two thousand residents of Families have issued social benefits in a proactive way

Obtaining public services in a proactive way is becoming increasingly popular in the country.

To date, 1674 mothers in Families have issued benefits for the birth of a child and for caring for him in a proactive format. Benefits for large families were issued by more than 200 women. About 20 residents of the city issued benefits as mothers with many children, awarded with pendants "Altyn Alka", "Kumis alka".

«To improve, simplify and make online is the basic principle of digitalization. The state Corporation is trying to make sure that the state takes care of citizens, so that our clients spend the minimum amount of time and resources to receive public services – this is the proactive principle. All that is required is the client's consent via SMS. All the necessary information is pulled up from the information systems of government agencies. The main thing is that the person is registered in the Database of mobile citizens» - Zhanat Umergalieva, Deputy director of the Government for Citizens branch for East Kazakhstan region, told.

To date, the following documents can be issued in a proactive format:

- birth and child care allowance for up to a year;

- allowance for mothers awarded with "Altyn alka" and "Kumis alka" pendants;

- state social disability allowance;

- state allowance for the loss of the breadwinner;

- allowance for large families;

- state allowance for the care of a disabled child;

- allowance for the care of a disabled person from childhood;

- social payment in case of disability;

- social payment in case of job loss;

- social payment in case of loss of income due to pregnancy and childbirth.

For the first time, a proactive format for obtaining public services appeared in the country at the end of 2017 due to the integration of information systems. The e-government portal pulls up all the data from the information systems of government agencies, and requests the missing data from the client via SMS.
