Residents of East Kazakhstan region can register business online              

The branch of the state corporation "Government for Citizens" in the East Kazakhstan region told about how to get public services for the state registration of legal entities online. These are some of the most popular public services in Kazakhstan.

To make the procedure less costly and operational, a legal entity does not need to contact the PSC. Especially when it comes to the registration of small and medium-sized businesses, re-registration or liquidation of commercial legal entities. All this can be done through the portal eGov.kz It is enough just to fill out an electronic application, and within one day an answer will come to the user's personal account in the form of an electronic certificate of state registration or refusal. If necessary, a certificate of business registration can be printed. 

According to Meruert Tarybayeva, Deputy director of the Government for Citizens branch of the East Kazakhstan Region, the acceleration of the business registration procedure became possible thanks to the process of automation and optimization of public services. If earlier the applicant came to the state agency with 5 or more documents and waited for data verification to receive registration for up to 5 days, today the entire procedure in electronic form takes no more than one day, while it does not require any documents.

Also, the following electronic services are provided: Primary registration of small and medium-sized businesses, their branches and representative offices; Re-registration of commercial legal entities; Liquidation of legal entities, their branches and representative offices; Change of location of a legal entity belonging to a private enterprise entity, branch (representative office), with the exception of a joint-stock company, branch (representative office);

In addition, to date, changing the head of a legal entity is the most common and popular service. Currently, a service has been launched to change the head of a legal entity, which is carried out through the e-government portal eGov.kz .

It should be noted that since the beginning of the year, the state corporation has registered about 2000 legal entities.
