Residents of East Kazakhstan region can get information about land plots online

Residents of East Kazakhstan region can get information about land plots registered on their IIN/BIN on the e-government portal egov.kz .

To receive the service, the user must select the service «Provision of information from the state land cadaster» in the «Real Estate» section, log in to the portal and click «Order the service online». After that, the user will see the IIN       / BIN, then click «Send a request for the availability of land».

If there are no registered lands, the status will be displayed instantly and the «Get help» button will appear.

«Previously, to get this information, you had to apply through the PSC and wait three days. Now you can get information from the land cadastre without leaving home, and the status of the absence of land – instantly. Owners can get full, detailed information on all registered lands in the form of a certificate within 15 minutes,» said Dmitry Galanin, Deputy director of the Government for Citizens branch for East Kazakhstan Region.

As a result, the user will receive a list of available lands with information about the address, area and purpose registered in the automated information system of the state land cadastre, with the possibility of selecting up to 10 lands at the same time, for subsequent reference, in the personal account, with full detailed information.

It should be noted that the State Corporation «Government for Citizens» provides the following commercial services in the field of land cadastre: Development of land management projects of any complexity (housing and communal services, buildings, housing, garages, subsoil users, infrastructure facilities); Establishment of boundaries of land plots on the ground; Determination of agricultural production losses; Provision of information of the state land cadastre etc .

It should be noted that in 6 months, more than 13 thousand acts for a land plot, about 1600 definitions of the cadastral (estimated) value of a land plot, more than 7 thousand information from the state land cadastre, 575 information about the quality condition of the land plot were issued by the branch of the East Kazakhstan Region.
