This is a wonderful day when I can express my deepest gratitude to you for your impeccable service, loyalty to the ideals of your Homeland, an opportunity to pay tribute to veterans and remember with a minute of silence those who sacrificed their lives for the sake of peace and security of Kazakhstanis. This year, the Kazakh police celebrates its 30th anniversary.

Over the past 30 years, the internal affairs bodies of our independent state have passed the stages of formation, have grown both materially and morally. They make an invaluable contribution to the development of society, protecting public order, protecting the constitutional rights of citizens, solving crimes.
