The head of the Ridder-Adaldyk Alany project office, M.Toleukhan, conducted public control in the field of agriculture, including work on spring sowing and cultivation.

During the monitoring, it was found that agricultural machinery and raw materials are in sufficient quantity and ready for spring field work.The planned sown area in the city for 2022 will be 3.8 thousand hectares, including cereals - 1.2 thousand hectares, potatoes – 1.1 thousand hectares, vegetables and melons – 0.3 thousand hectares and fodder 1.2 thousand hectares. Irrigated lands out of the total area sown is 65.0 ha (KH "Dudkin A.S." -32.0 ha, KH "Antropov Yu.P." - 16.0 ha and KT "Partner" - 17.0 ha).

For the 1st quarter of this year, 69 peasant farms were registered, 27 of them are engaged in the cultivation of agricultural crops.

The number of agricultural machinery as of 01.04.2022 is 794 units, including tractors of all types 552 units (tracked and wheeled), combines – 14 units, tractor trailers - 228 units, in addition, tractor plows – 30 units, flat cutters – 2, cultivators – 13, harrows – 141, seeders – 15 and so on.
