A bonfire in the yard is a fine!!!

Residents of the private sector and summer residents are now putting things in order on their plots. Therefore, no one will be surprised by the smell of burning and smoke in suburban areas. Burning garbage and dry grass is a common practice. This method of getting rid of garbage carries not only significant harm and threat to the environment, but also with negative consequences it can lead to the loss of buildings, houses, as well as forest fires.
Incineration of garbage is an offense, according to Article 336 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, for which the penalty is a fine:
- for an individual in the amount of 20 MCI;
- for an official in the amount of 50 MCI;
- for small businesses in the amount of 200 MCI.... and so on. incrementally.
Also, in case of such a violation, Article 410 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan may be applied.
In particularly severe cases that have caused the death of people or great material damage, the perpetrator faces criminal liability.
It is necessary to observe the rules of fire safety, since often a person's life depends primarily on this.
