According to the VK of the Kazhydromet branch, a sharp increase in the temperature background is expected in the coming days in the region. In this regard, the formation of local slope drains and the rise of water levels in rivers, the weakening of ice phenomena are possible.
The Emergency Department of East Kazakhstan Region recommends citizens:
- to clear the adjacent territories from snow, not to clog the ditches and streambeds, as this leads to water congestion
-to prepare the improvised material for performing the boning of the territory of the house (bags, soil, sand, clay).
- in case of a complication of the situation, be ready for evacuation, drive the cattle to a safe place
- prepare documents, necessary things, medicines.
-move valuables to the upper floors
In case of evacuation:
- turn off gas, electricity and water.
- extinguish the fire in burning stoves.
- animals should be released from premises where there is a threat of flooding.
