Public control over work in the field of social protection

The head of the project office"Ridder - Adaldyk alany", advisor to the Akim on anti-corruption M. Toleukhan conducted public control over the development of the social sphere of the city of Ridder.
In the course of the work, the state services provided, payments and other types of assistance were studied.
In 2021, the number of recipients of state targeted social assistance amounted to 208 families (777 people), 74562.0 thousand tenge was paid. In January and February 2022, the number of recipients of state targeted social assistance amounted to 108 families (417 people), 11764.0 thousand tenge was paid.
In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Social Protection of persons with Disabilities in the Republic of Kazakhstan", all persons with disabilities are disinfected with surdo-typhlotechnical and mandatory hygiene products. Work is underway on the social services portal, which provides an opportunity for persons with disabilities to independently purchase technical means of rehabilitation and social services.
In 2021, 32 people will be provided with wheelchairs, 80 people will be provided with surdo-technical means, 280 people will be provided with prosthetic and orthopedic means, 585 people will be provided with hygienic means.
