Monitoring of work on the provision of land plots to waiting lists  

The head of the Ridder – Adaldyk Alany project office, M. Toleukhan, monitored the work on the provision of land plots by the Department of Land Relations and Agriculture of the city of Ridder.

During the monitoring, waiting lists, the procedure for granting land plots and regulatory legal acts in this area, including the "Land Code" of the Republic of Kazakhstan, were considered.

According to the Ridder region, 72 people are currently in the queue for obtaining a land plot for individual housing construction.

In total, in 2021, 73 land plots and 75 land plots were granted private ownership on the right of temporary paid (lease) land use.

Over the past period of 2022, 5 land plots and 12 land plots were granted private ownership on the right of temporary paid (lease) land use.
