How can non-profit organizations (NPOs) apply for charitable assistance? Samruk-Kazyna Trust launched a call center

The Samruk-Kazyna Trust Social Projects Development Fund is launching its own call center.

Anyone can call the call center. Fund staff will answer questions. The most common appeals to the foundation relate to applying for charitable assistance. Therefore, first of all, the call center will advise those who applied on how to correctly submit an application, what package of documents is required for this, and explain the algorithm step by step.

The launch of the call center is one of the initiatives aimed at increasing the openness and accessibility of the fund.

In 2021, Samruk-Kazyna Trust implemented more than 30 major social projects in the areas of healthcare, education, support for socially vulnerable segments of the population, mass sports, culture and regional development. Most of these projects are jointly with non-profit organizations in Kazakhstan. As a result, about half a million Kazakhstanis were covered with assistance. It is important for the foundation that all representatives of NGOs who believe that their social initiatives can be implemented by the foundation can correctly and easily apply. For this, a call center was launched.

The call center will work from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:00 with a lunch break from 13:00 to 14:00.
