Attention to entrepreneurs and the consumers of the city of Ridder!

In order to improve the mechanisms for protecting consumer rights and improving the culture of serving the population in the city of Ridder, in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Protection of Consumer Rights", entrepreneurs are obliged to ensure that sellers, servicing personnel, have a badge (badge) indicating the last name, first name, patronymic , with the placement of photos. On the basis of clause 9 of article 24 and clause 1 of article 33 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Protection of Consumer Rights".

Entrepreneurs are required to visit their stores, departments, pharmacies, medical centers, kindergartens, etc. create information stands "Consumer's Corner" and place them in a conspicuous place. Place the following information on these stands:

1. Information about your last name, first name, patronymic, about your phone number, about the name of the company, store, etc., about the address of the store, company, etc. Based on Part 1 of Art. 26 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Protection of Consumer Rights".

2. Information, at the location of the cash register machines, about the need for the consumer to receive a control cash register receipt. On the basis of clause 12 of Art. 24 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Protection of Consumer Rights".

3. Information that the seller, service personnel, and entrepreneur are prohibited from restricting the rights of consumers with regard to the use of photography and video filming. On the basis of clause 12 of Art. 24 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Protection of Consumer Rights".

4. Information about the address and telephone number of the authorized body for the protection of consumer rights - Ridder, st. Semenova, house 4. T. 4-50-50. T. 8-777-981-89-59. Based on Part 4 of Art. 26 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Protection of Consumer Rights".

Consumers - buyers of products, goods, services, have the right to demand the specified information from sellers, entrepreneurs and respect their rights and legitimate interests!
