In pursuance of the instruction of the head of state Kassym-Jomart Tokayev on the transition of local executive bodies to a new format of close interaction with the population, within the framework of the project "Shygys-Adaldyk Alany", an "Open Akimat" has been functioning in the city of Ridder since August 26, 2020.

Its main goal is to improve the quality of services to the population, receive citizens' appeals on the principle of "one window", create comfortable conditions for service recipients and increase digital literacy of citizens. The open akimat is attended by specialists from 7 departments, which allows the population to address questions, problems, complaints and suggestions directly to representatives of local executive bodies.

To date, about 2000 services have been provided.
