The Ridder-Adaldyk Alany project office organized a live broadcast with the participation of the head of the Ridder City Department of Sanitary and Epidemiological Control Gulmira Zhylkamanovna Mrzagaraeva.
During the live broadcast, the head of the department spoke about the epidemiological situation in the city of Ridder, the incidence rates of Covid-19 and the importance of obtaining a vaccine.
To date, 787 cases of Covid-19 have been registered in Ridder.Of these, 623 or 74.6% have clinical signs, 164 or 25.4% are asymptomatic.
Despite the decrease in the total number of people diagnosed with Covid-19, the increase in morbidity among elderly ridders is worrying. If in the summer the average incidence rate was 20-25%, then in September this figure rose to 30%. In addition, epidemiological investigation data show that the infection spreads through close contacts, as a rule, these are contacts with children and grandchildren.
At the end of the broadcast, the chief sanitary doctor of the city appealed to the residents of the city to comply with restrictive measures, observe home quarantine if there are signs of acute respiratory viral infections, and also get vaccinated. Because today vaccination is an effective measure to combat coronavirus infection.
The head of the department also informed about the latest changes approved by the Resolution of the Chief Sanitary Doctor of the East Kazakhstan region.
