Since August 2019, the projects "Interactive map of open budgets" and "Open Budgets"have been implemented in our state. These portals were created to facilitate access to information, increase the level of trust of citizens in the state authorities and create a direct communication channel between education and civil society.
The "Interactive map of open budgets" is one of the mechanisms for the prevention of corruption offenses, which strengthens the accountability of state institutions to the population, as well as a universal tool that provides a dialogue between the state apparatus and society, which meets the requirements of the "Hearing State" concept put forward by the President of the country.
An interactive map in real time displays detailed information about the budget funds allocated for the construction, repair and maintenance of social facilities in the region. With the help of the card, any citizen can find out how much money has been invested in the social goals of the region (schools, kindergartens, etc.) and control budget expenditures.
In case of coordination or discrepancy of the amounts, citizens have the right to make their proposals for allocating funds for specific programs.
"Interactive map of open budgets" is a public service for displaying and monitoring budget funds, collecting complaints, feedback and analyzing information about external resources carried out in real time for each citizen.
According to statistics, there are 183 budgets for the city of Ridder, for a total amount of 37.9 billion tenge.
