The event was held within the framework of the celebration of the 30th anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The competition was attended by sportsmen from years. Ridder, Semey, Ust-Kamenogorsk, Shemonaikhinsky, Ulansky districts. The pupils of the RSHI represented Aktobe, West Kazakhstan, North Kazakhstan oblasts, Urdzhar, Katon-Karagai districts.
