Interactive map of open budgets in action

In order to improve and further operate the Interactive map of open budgets in the staff of the Y school. Altynsarina head of the project office "Glubokoe-Adaldyk alany" held a seminar-meeting on the topic: "Open budget".
In her speech, Roza Kasievna said that the interactive map is an effective tool that allows citizens to control the funds allocated for the maintenance of the district's facilities.
So, in 2021, the budgets of 36 organizations were displayed on the map, which included all state institutions and other social facilities. In addition, it is possible to monitor the quality of construction and reconstruction of highways, improvement of the district and other costs allocated from the local budget for the maintenance of the district .
All the information available to the population, as well as the quality of the data presented, is under control, the criteria of which include the performance indicators of the Project "Interactive map of open Budgets" (https://publicbudget.kz/ru), which in turn will allow identifying the most vulnerable places and eliminating corruption risks in the activities of state bodies.
As the head of the Project Office of "Glubokoe – adaldykalany" R. Adilbayeva noted, this tool allows to reduce the distance between state bodies and the population, and also complies with the principles of a hearing state
