The head of the project office "Ridder-Adaldyk Alany" monitored the issue of apartments to citizens from the housing stock

To date, 1,477 people are on the waiting list for housing. Of these:

Orphans and those left without parental care-512 people;

large families-47 people;

socially vulnerable segments of the population-513 people;

civil servants, employees of budget organizations-392 people;

citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, whose only homes are recognized as emergency in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan-13 people.

Placing on the waiting list for obtaining housing from the housing stock is carried out through the service software product " Registration and priority, as well as the adoption by local executive bodies of a decision on providing housing to citizens in need of housing from the state housing stock or housing rented by the local executive body in a private housing stock.

This year, it is planned to allocate 20 single-storey houses for large families in the 3rd residential district "Botany".

Also in 2022, it is planned to allocate apartments to waiting lists in a new 60-apartment building at Ostrovsky 40.
