Monitored the compliance of employees with labor contracts in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

The head of the project office of "Ridder-Adaldyk Alany" Toleukhan M. M. together with the Personnel Management Department of the Akim's office monitored the compliance of employees with labor contracts in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

To date, contracts have been signed with 12 employees. Contract numbers have been added to the Enbek kz program.

The employee has the right to working conditions that meet the requirements of safety and hygiene, the resolution of labor disputes by agreement of the parties with the participation of trade unions.

The parties are liable for non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of the terms of the employment contract in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Disputes arising under an employment contract are considered by agreement of the parties or in court.

Disputes and conflicts, as well as violations of labor discipline have not been established to date
