In the city of Ridder, the following activities are carried out for landscaping and sanitary conditions of the city territory:
- cutting of 540 poplars (10920.0 thousand tenge). Contractor - ZNH Group LLP»;
- mowing of 450 thousand m2 of grass (3199.0 thousand tenge) International Charity Fund for the Disabled.
- organization of 8000 m2 of flowerbeds (22636.0 thousand tenge) International Charity Fund for the Disabled;
- repair of container platforms (13249.0 thousand tenge) competition of "Yutool" LLP»;
- garbage removal from public areas (19075.0 thousand tenge). The contractor is "Firm Etalon" LLP.
The city of Ridder constantly monitors the identification of unauthorized landfills, and annually allocates funds for conducting subbotniks in the spring and autumn period and removing waste from public areas. If unauthorized landfills are identified, timely measures are taken to eliminate them.
In the city of Ridder, there is a solid waste recycling plant, on the territory of which garbage is sorted manually with subsequent waste processing.
In the spring and summer period, planting of coniferous and deciduous trees was organized in the city streets, courtyards, parks, preschool and school institutions. The total number of seedlings planted is more than 1500 pieces.

project " Reconstruction of water supply and sanitation networks of the city of Ridder, East Kazakhstan region»
GU "Department of Housing and Communal Services, passenger transport and Highways of the city of Ridder" 12.08.2019 signed a contract with "Vostokvzryvprom" LLP in the amount of 3292.4 million tenge. Completion of the work under the contract is scheduled for 31.12.2021. To date, 1679.4 million tenge has actually been disbursed, 51% of the work volume has been completed. The remaining amount for 2021 is 1613.0 thousand tenge.
This project provides for the reconstruction of sections of water pipelines and urban water supply networks, existing collectors and sewer networks located on the territory of the city of Ridder. The project provides for the reconstruction of 27 sections of sewer collectors with the replacement of reinforced concrete elements of wells located on the collectors.
Sources of funding – the republican budget, the regional budget (co-financing).
The aim of the project is to reduce accidents on existing water supply and sewerage networks.
Reconstruction of water supply and wastewater treatment facilities in Ridder will allow:
- create favorable living conditions for the population of the city;
- reduce social tension, stabilize the demographic situation;
- ensure further growth of the city's infrastructure;
- to ensure the sanitary and epidemiological well-being of the population.
As a result of the project, the water quality and reliability of the water supply and sanitation system will increase.
The State Institution "Department of Energy and Housing and Communal Services of the East Kazakhstan region", having considered within its competence the budget investment proposal for the implementation of the object "Reconstruction of existing water supply and sanitation networks in Ridder, East Kazakhstan region", considers the feasibility of financing at the expense of state funds to be justified.
