The head of the project office "Ridder-Adaldyk alany" monitored the quality of providing patients with free meals in the KSP at the PCV "Ridder City Hospital".

The provision of free meals is regulated by the Order of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 96 of August 11, 2020.

During the monitoring , supporting documents of compliance with sanitary and epidemiological requirements were provided, as well as certificates guaranteeing the quality and safety of products used in the preparation of dishes.

Also, during the monitoring, a food storage warehouse was visited, in which, according to sanitary and epidemiological rules, the temperature regime is monitored daily, and a log of the relative humidity of the room in which the products are stored is also kept.

In connection with the epidemiological situation, an additional monitoring log is kept for the medical staff of the food department.

No violations were detected during the monitoring.
