As the residents of our city could see, a forest fire is an extremely dangerous phenomenon. In order not to repeat the emergency situation that occurred on May 10, 2021, it is necessary to clearly follow the rules of fire-fighting behavior established for forest objects.
According to statistics, the main cause of forest fires is the human factor. Therefore, every day employees of the Department of Emergency Situations, together with employees of the Ridder and Fir forest farms, with the involvement of employees of the Ridder police department, conduct preventive raids in woodlands, people are given memos, brochures, leaflets, and the forest area is monitored from the air by quadrocopters. The banks of rivers, shade and coolness under the crowns of trees attracts people. With the onset of hot weather in the city of Ridder, more and more people go to rest in nature and continue to build bonfires in forest areas.
We inform you that since April 2021, a fire-fighting regime has been established in the East Kazakhstan region, so it is necessary to postpone the visit to the forest until it is canceled. For violation of Fire Safety Rules, administrative liability is provided for in the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Repeatedly, the forestry staff took out the garbage left by vacationers in the forest. Pieces of glass, bottles act as a magnifying glass and may well cause a fire, which under certain conditions will ignite into a large fire.
Smoking, as well as throwing smoldering cigarette butts or lit matches on the grass – is another cause of fires in the forest. A cigarette butt thrown from the window of a passing car can cause a fire.
At the entrance to the forest recreation area, you can often see a poster "Protect the forest from fire!". Do not ignore it, it is better to read these requirements together with the children. It is necessary to form a careful and responsible attitude to nature from childhood, reinforcing the rules with your own personal example.
