Within the framework of the project "Shygys-Adaldyk alany", a freelance adviser to the mayor of Ridder, the head of the project office "Ridder-Adaldyk Alany" monitored the sphere of public procurement.

The single organizer of public procurement for the city of Ridder is the "Department of Architecture, Urban Planning and Construction of the City of Ridder".

The implementation of public procurement is based on the following principles::

1) optimal and efficient spending of money used for public procurement;

2) providing potential suppliers with equal opportunities to participate in the public procurement procedure, except in cases provided for by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Public Procurement" No. 434-V of December 4, 2015.

3) fair competition among potential suppliers;

4) openness and transparency of the public procurement process;

5) providing support to domestic producers of goods, as well as domestic suppliers of works and services to the extent that this does not contradict international treaties ratified by the Republic of Kazakhstan;

6) responsibilities of participants in public procurement;

7) prevention of corruption manifestations;

8) acquisition of innovative and high-tech goods, works, and services;

9) compliance with the intellectual property rights contained in the purchased goods.
