Within the framework of the project "Shygys-Adaldyk Alany" On May 20, 2021, the freelance adviser to the mayor, head of the project office "Ridder-Adaldyk Alany" monitored the quality of public services of the State Institution "Department of Architecture, Construction and Urban Planning of Ridder", "Department of Culture, Language Development and Sports of Ridder", the State Institution "Employment Center of Ridder", "Department of Agriculture and Land Relations of Ridder", as well as self-service corners were monitored.

In the city of Ridder,there are 41 self-service corners in all public institutions,schools, kindergartens, and libraries.

In total, in 2020, service providers provided 70,321 public services, including 63,678 in electronic form. For 4 months of the current year, 24,943 public services were provided, of which 23,135 were provided in electronic form.

State bodies provide 175 types of public services.
