Мonitored the work of the Board of Trustees of the KSU"Special Boarding School No. 7"

Within the framework of the project "Shygys-Adaldyk Alany" in the city of Ridder, the freelance adviser to the mayor, the head of the project office "Ridder-Adaldyk Alany "and the chairman of the SMG monitored the work of the Board of Trustees of the KSU"Special Boarding School No. 7".

The activities of the Board of Trustees of the KSU "Special Boarding School No. 7" of the UE East Kazakhstan Region are organized in accordance with the Order of the Minister of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 27.06.17 No. 355 "On approval of the Standard Rules for organizing the work of the Board of Trustees and the procedure for its election in educational organizations". The Board of Trustees includes representatives of the parent community, the executive and representative authorities, and the Ridder City Police Department.

The work plan of the Board of Trustees is drawn up taking into account the analysis of topical issues of the development and activities of the educational institution, such as the organization of the educational process in the context of a pandemic, the activities of the teaching staff to ensure the legal rights of children studying at home, the prospects for the development of a boarding school for 2021-2025, etc.

The chairman of the Board of Trustees for many years is the deputy of the city maslikhat Gilderman Galina Mikhailovna. On her initiative, with the participation of members of the Board of Trustees, meetings of the school's students with interesting people, athletes, teachers of colleges in the city and region, representatives of public organizations are regularly held. She is the mastermind and organizer of numerous promotions and competitions. Provides charitable assistance to children from low-income families and those who find themselves in difficult life situations. The chairman and members of the Council pay special attention to students with various diseases and disabilities.

The Board of Trustees took part in determining the list of children from low-income and foster families who were allocated laptops by the regional budget.

Among the interesting and useful events that were held with the participation of the members of the Board of Trustees, such as:

1. In February 2021, the Board of Trustees helped organize a video recording of children's performances to participate in the republican contest "Sheksiz Shygarmashylyk", where students of our school won 20 prizes.

2.In March 2021, on the eve of the Day of Gratitude, representatives of the school's Board of Trustees held a charity event "With Love for Children", where valuable gifts were presented.

3. On the eve of the International Women's Day on March 8, the Council of Business Women organized a contest "Gift to Mother". All participants and winners were awarded with gifts and prizes, which were purchased by the chairman of the Board of Trustees, Gilderman G. M.
